Our Design and Build Remodeling Process

Construction of your Remodel or Addition



Once the plans and estimate are complete, we are ready to build! A lead carpenter is assigned specifically to your project and he is responsible for all construction from start to finish. A printed schedule is given to you so you can follow the progress of the work. Regular progress meetings are scheduled with your lead. Your designer is checking often on the progress to ensure that everything is going along smoothly.

We use quality subcontractors for specific parts of the project so you receive expert installation for every system. This allows the most efficient process for construction and the highest quality of workmanship.
