Your Remodeling Estimate
Accurate plans are essential to an accurate remodeling estimate. During the early stages of design of your remodeling, ballpark prices are given. But, until all the details of the plans are known, the exact cost cannot be determined. Our estimates are five to twelve pages long with a clear indication of everything that is included and excluded. The key subcontractors involved in your project will be brought to your house and given a complete set of plans to evaluate exactly what will be necessary to execute the plan. With this vital input, we can be confident that our estimate is the most accurate possible.
