Affordable Housing is Available
Currently there are 13 new, quality affordable homes being built just outside the entrance to Willamette Park. Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services (CNHS) and Powell Construction are building these homes to help make home ownership more attainable for lower-income, first-time home buyers.
You must meet certain income guidelines to qualify. Down payment assistance and other special financing is available.
To assist potential homeowners, CNHS offers a Home Ownership Education Program that helps take the mystery and confusion out of the home buying process. The program helps buyers to access special financing that can increase their home buying power far beyond what they might have thought possible.
