When these homeowners purchased their home they knew they were going to have to do some remodeling. The poor placement of the kitchen caused a cubbyhole effect which made furniture layout awkward. To improve the traffic flow and open up the spaces we relocated the kitchen and removed a load bearing wall. The home's potential was increased exponentially.

A clunky stone fireplace was replaced with a stylish insert. Two windows were added, framing the fireplace and television. The kitchen features: engineered stone Cambria countertops, raised panel alder cabinets, a built in microwave, travertine tile floors and a new, energy efficient window.
