Greater Flexibility, Corvallis Oregon:

The additional space for a guest room, guest bath and small office provided great flexibility to this centrally located Corvallis home. As their family grew, the owners bought this home with a vision of using the available yard space on the side of the home for this very addition.

Previously, their dining room served as an office for their computers and there was no shower on the main floor for guests to use. When the guest bath with a shower was put into the addition, we removed the powder room on the main floor and turned it into a walk-in pantry. This created storage space and saved money on lower SDC fees from the city.
