"Powell completely renovated an out-of-date, run-down, and damaged rental property and turned it into a warm and cozy home away from home for us. Everyone on staff was professional and pleasant to work with. Our lead carpenter was organized, thorough, and meticulous and he communicated with us and all the subcontractors regularly. His coordination of the subs and inspections was excellent and our project was completed on time. His interior trim work was beautiful; he went above and beyond in the quality of his work.
