The design process begins with a meeting in your home to sign the Design Agreement and take measurements of your space. During this meeting, we discuss your goals, explore opportunities for improvement, and identify ways to enhance your home. We understand how important your home is, and our goal is to listen carefully and develop solutions tailored to your needs.
We will develop several preliminary designs based on your priorities and budget. Throughout the design process, our designer will guide you through material selections and design decisions. You’ll also have the opportunity to see your ideas come to life through detailed 3-dimensional design renderings.
Once the plans are far enough along and the details are refined, we schedule a subcontractor walk-through at your home. This step is essential to developing a detailed estimate. We work with the subcontractors to ensure that they fully understand your project so that they can provide accurate pricing that you can count on.
