The design process starts with a meeting at your home to sign the Design Agreement and take measurements of your space. At this time we explore with you how you may want to improve or add to your home. Your remodel or addition is important to you, and our goal is to listen carefully to your needs. Our custom designs reflect the unique nature of each of our clients.
We will develop several preliminary designs based on your priorities and budget. During the design process, our designer will help you with selections and material choices. As we go through all the details involved, you will have the option to see your vision evolve through 3-dimensional design.
Once the plans are far enough along and the details are refined, we can schedule a subcontractor walk-through at your home. This step is essential to developing a detailed estimate. We work with the subcontractors to make sure that they fully understand your remodel so that they can give us prices that you can count on.
