Once the plans and estimate are complete, we are ready to build! A printed schedule is given to you so you can follow the progress of the work, step by step.
A lead carpenter is assigned specifically to your project, and he is responsible for all construction from start to finish.
Our process includes regular progress meetings scheduled with your lead carpenter to track the project and communicate thoroughly. Your designer is checking on the progress often to ensure that everything is going along smoothly.
We use quality subcontractors for specific parts of the project so you receive expert installation for every system. We don’t try to “do it all” ourselves. All of these components create the most efficient process for construction and the outcome of highest quality in workmanship. Your dreams will begin to take shape before your eyes!
