Living Room and Entry Addition

The owners of this home, nestled on five acres north of Philomath, felt the existing layout didn’t take advantage of their sweeping panoramic view. In addition, they planned to retire in the near future, and wanted a home that would allow them to age in place gracefully and comfortably.

Following an addition and remodel, their home is now everything they dreamed it would be. Our design entirely re-oriented their home to face the opposite direction, maximizing views. A stately stained-glass door with sidelights now welcomes friends and family.
